What we collect
The referral form asks for the referrer's details and for information about the person who needs a home. This includes their contact details, background, health, risks, support needs, professional network and documents such as a risk assessment. Some of this is sensitive information. The contact form asks for your name, organisation, contact details and message.
Why we use it
We use referral details only to decide whether we can offer a home and to arrange it. We use contact form details only to reply to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with the referring organisation, the local council or other services where this is needed to arrange housing, support or a benefit claim, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as we need it for these reasons, then delete it securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Please contact us. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
